Q-I was watching a documentary on a reputable television channel when the narrator said that the temperature on one of Jupiter’s moon can reach -550 F when its scientifically accepted that absolute zero is -459.67 F and whats more is that its also accepted that its an impossibility to reach that temperature. I hate when incorrect information is published, and especially when it is meant for educational purposes.

A-Unless someone is particularly damaged by this misinformation, there’s not any way to find a civil penalty against them. And as far as I know, there’s not a criminal penalty for a mistake of fact in an educational/documentary program/publication (as opposed to an ad or offer of sale).
